Products must be returned within 3–7 days of delivery (depending on category).

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing accessories may not be eligible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and cosmetic products

  • Innerwear and hygiene-related products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

To start a return:

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit

  • Refund approval may take 3–7 working days

  • Shipping charges may not be refundable in some cases

6. Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange a replacement for eligible products (subject to availability).
